This includes an assessment of the acute problem and immediate treatment. Lab evaluation will not be done prior to this visit but may be recommended based on symptoms. This could be chosen for a patient who is transferring hormonal management from another clinic but already on therapy, for thyroid management only, or role of hormones in depression/anxiety symptoms.
